TERMS & CONDITIONS – Win a Dream Trip to London for Two

Win a Dream Trip to London for Two (the “Promotion”) is promoted by Alfardan Exchange LLC (the “Promoter”), registered address: Alfardan Center, Grand Hamad Street, PO Box 339, Dohar, Qatar, in partnership with the programme manager, Mastercard Prepaid Management Services Ltd (“Mastercard”). The Prize will be fulfilled by the Big Group Limited with its registered office at the George Building, Nicholas Road, Notting Dales, London. UK (“Big Group”).

1- By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2- Entrants must be aged 18 or over and residents of Qatar.
3- Promoter employees, Mastercard employees and Big Group employees, and family of those employees are not permitted to enter. If an employee or employee family member is drawn, they will be disqualified, and a new winner will be selected by a representative from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
4- This Promotion is conducted under the official approval of the Ministry of Business and Trade (MOCI) in Qatar.
5- To qualify, the entrant must purchase and load, or reload, their Alfardan Cash Passport™ Mastercard® (“card”) with QAR 2,000 or more (in any currency available on the card) between the dates of 26 November 2025 to 26 January 2026. Entry is applicable every time QAR 2,000 or more is loaded onto the card. All applicable loads/reloads will automatically be entered into the draw.
6- Prize: There is 1 x London package available for 2 people including (“Prize”):
· Return economy flights between Qatar and London
· Return transfers between airport and hotel in London
· Five nights, 4* accommodation including breakfast
· Up to 4 experiences to the total value of £1000 plus transfers if required
7- There will be 1 x Prize winner (the “Winner”) at random from the valid entries received after obtaining approval from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry

8-T he draw will take place on 29 January 2026 at 11 AM at Alfardan Exchange Head Office, Alfardan Centre 6th Floor, Grand Hamad Street.

9- The draw will be conducted under the supervision of a representative from the Ministry of Business and Trade.

10- The Winner will be notified of their Prize by phone call within 5 working days by a representative of the Promoter.

11- If the Winner is unable to travel or otherwise make use of the Prize for reasons beyond their control as validated by the Promoter, they may be offered a cash alternative of equivalent value of GBP £9,941.00 (approximately QAR 47653.46, subject to change based on the rate on the date of issuance), subject to the Promoter’s prior written approval. Before becoming eligible for consideration of a cash alternative, the Winner must demonstrate a genuine intention to accept and utilise the Prize including but not limited to taking steps to secure visa applications.

12- The Winner will have 15 working days from receipt of the winning notification to:
· Confirm they accept the conditions of the Prize
· Confirm they wish to accept the Prize.
· Provide a valid ID in the form of QID Card.
Failure to respond in time will result in the prize being forefeited and the promoter shall notify the Ministry of Commerce and Industry to determine the next steps.

13- The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions, or in breach of the law, and shall notify the Ministry of Commerce and Industry for a decision of approval or rejection.

14- If the winner chooses to travel, the winner and their guest must be aged 18 or over.
15- Where the winner is travelling, flights, accommodation, and experience are subject to availability.

16- Where the winner is travelling, they will be responsible for arranging their transport between their home address and airport in Qatar.

17- Prizes are valid until 31st December 2026 excluding all public holidays in the UK and Qatar.

18- Where the winner is travelling, they must provide their choice of dates 6 weeks prior to their travel date. Details on how to book will be given to the Winner once selected.

19- A pre-approved budget will be set for all experiences. Any overspend is responsibility of the Winner.

20- The Prize package is personal to the Winner and the sale or offering for sale, transfer, resale, donation, or exchange of any tickets and/or part of any of the Prize package is strictly prohibited (including, without limitation, in person or online via an online auction website or online ticket resale marketplace). The Promoter reserves the right to cancel tickets and withdraw or make void any and all Prize elements if this term is not complied with after obtaining approval from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.

21- Where the winner is travelling, the Winner and their nominated guest must have a valid passport (with at least 6 months’ validity remaining after return) and must satisfy any special visa requirements that may apply. Passports and visas are the responsibility and cost of the Winner. The Promoter cannot be held responsible if the Winner or nominated guest fail to obtain the required travel documentation.
22- Where the winner is travelling, The Promoter and Mastercard will not accept responsibility for accommodation or transport being unavailable, withdrawn or amended. In the event of this the Promoter will endeavour to find a suitable equivalent alternative.

23- Where the winner is travelling, All travel, accommodation and other services provided to the Winner and their guest will be provided subject to the terms and conditions of each such provider. The Promoter and Mastercard will not have any liability in relation thereto, and any dispute arising from travel, accommodation and/or other services must be taken up with such provider.

24- The Promoter and Mastercard reserves the right to alter, cancel or withdraw this Promotion without notice in the event of unforeseeable circumstances or technical reasons outside its control with no liability to any entrants. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any entries that are lost or delayed due to faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this Promotion causing delays or disruption; for claims which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason, and shall notify the Ministry of Commerce and Industry for a decision of approval or rejection.

25- Where the winner is travelling, The Promoter and Mastercard, including their designees and assigns, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives and agents, shall not be responsible for damages, losses, or liabilities of any kind, including without limitation, direct or consequential loss or damages arising out of or in relation to the Prize draw and participation in the Prize draw to the extent that such damages, losses or liabilities result from events or circumstances beyond the Promoter and/or Mastercard’s reasonable control.

26- Personal data may be passed on to selected third parties only insofar as required for fulfilment, delivery and arrangement of the Prize. Personal data will be shared for these purposes with Mastercard and the Big Group. The Big Group process your data in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy and will retain the same for no longer than three months after the Prize is fulfilled.

27- Where the winner is travelling, all travel must be completed within the timeframe stated in these Terms and Conditions. Extensions will not be allowed unless first authorised by the Promoter and the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.

28- Where the winner is travelling, they and their guest are responsible for and must comply with any travel insurance / health advice / regulations / inoculations required by the destination country. Any associated costs for this are the responsibility of the Winner and their party (where applicable).

29- Where the winner is travelling, any amendments requested by the Winner after the booking is confirmed may be agreed by and be subject to administration charges levied by the Big Group.

30- If the Winner has accepted the Prize but subsequently becomes unable to travel through no fault of their own, and any components of the Prize have already been booked, the value of the cash alternative will be reduced to reflect any non-refundable costs incurred.

31- This Promotion is subject to the laws of Qatar and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Qatar.
