2. Choose your language.
3. From the Main menu, click on Register.
4. Tap "REGISTER" and enter your QID number.
5. Enter a valid mobile number and optionally an email address and tap “continue”
6. An OTP is sent to the provided mobile number (and email if provided).
7. Enter the OTP to verify the mobile number.
8. Follow in-app instructions to capture a clear selfie.
9. Scan the front and back of the QID as per the app’s guidelines
10. Additional information will be ask like Address: Enter the current residential address.
11. It will be asking for Occupation: Specify the current occupation.
12. Create a 4-digit PIN for account security.
13. Login with your account.

“If you have ever sent money from Alfardan Exchange branches before, you can follow these steps to register your profile.”

1. Download the App from Play Store or App Store for free. Click here to download
2. Choose your language.
3. Enter the QID Number
4. Enter the existing 4-digit PIN to access the account.
5. If accessing the app from a new device, an OTP is sent to the registered mobile number.
6. Enter the OTP to verify and register the new device.

1. Select the Currency in which country you are sending to
2. Tap on “Send Now”
3. Click Add Beneficiary
4. Select the Payment Method ( Cash Pick-Up, Bank Transfer or Mobile wallet)
5. Select the Paying Agent
6. Then Enter the beneficiary details and click Continue
7. The beneficiary details will be available in Beneficiary Management.

1. Select preferred payment method (Cash Pick-up, Bank transfer)
2. Select preferred Currency (bassed on teh country you are sending to)
3. Tap “Send Now”
4. Select “Beneficiary”
5. Review Enter the amount in Qatari Riyals or Foreign Currency, Select the purpose of transfer and source of fund and tap on the “Continue” button.
6. Review the transaction information and tip the box and tap “Continue”
7. Select the payment method and enter your payment details

8. Verify payment with OTP received on your registered number, then tap on “Continue”

• Online ID verification by following below steps:

1. Choose the country of Birth and Nationality then click "CONTINUE"
2. Review your QID details and tap "CONTINUE"
3. Confirm your address
4. Select Occupation based on the QID.
5. Take a photo of your QID from front side.
6. Take a photo of your QID from back side.
7. Take a selfie following on-screen instructions and click Continue button
8. Alfardan Exchange customer service agent will verify your registration and you will receive a confirmation to your email.

1. Login to your online profile.
2. Choose the destination country, transfer amount and delivery method (cash).
3. Review the details of your transaction and tip mark the box before clicking SUBMIT
4. Confirm your transaction details and pay with a debit card issued in Qatar.
5. Provide you card details and pay with a debit card issued in Qatar.
6. The MTCN/ Tracking number will be displayed after a successful payment and can be viewed in the History section, and you will get a confirmation email. Save the MTCN and give it to the receiver so that they can collect/ pick up the money.
